BIM Model Check
Fig. 1 - BIM Model Check
1. Asset ID
- Ability to filter on a single or multiple Assets. The dashboard updates according to the selection made. Selection can be cleared by selecting the clear filter icon.
2. Asset Attribute Match Status
- This section analyzes asset attributes to show whether they match between the datasheets and BIM Models
- Fail – Selecting this card filters all asset attributes that failed to match between the BIM Model and the datasheets
- Pass - Selecting this card filters all asset attributes that successfully matched between the BIM Model and the datasheets.
- Selection can be cleared by selecting the clear filter icon.
3. Space Attribute Match Status
- This section analyzes Space attributes to show whether they match between the datasheets and BIM Models
- Fail – Selecting this card filters all Space attributes that failed to match between the BIM Model and the datasheets.
- Pass - Selecting this card filters all Space attributes that successfully matched between the BIM Model and the datasheets.
- Selection can be cleared by selecting the clear filter icon.
4. Space Correlation Status
- This section analyzes Spaces to show whether they correlate (match) between the datasheets and BIM Models
- Match - Selecting this card filters all Space Id’s that successfully correlate between the BIM Model and the datasheets.
- Mismatch – Selecting this card filters all Space Id’s that failed to correlate between the BIM Model and the datasheets
- Selection can be cleared by selecting the clear filter icon.
5. Model Analysis
- Displays a table of detailed Asset and Space Attributes, showing which have passed ✅ (green tick) or failed ❌ (red cross) when matched against the datasheets and BIM Models.
- Asset – This section displays Asset Id’s and their Asset Attributes showing which have passed ✅ (green tick) or failed ❌ (red cross) when matched against the datasheets and BIM Models
- Space Correlation - This section presents Spaces defined between submitted datasheets and associated models that are related to the Parent Asset Id.
- If a space is missing in either source (Datasheet or Model), a red cross will be presented along with the description of the space or a message saying ‘Space Missing’ displayed on the source in question.
- Space - This section displays information specific to Spaces, showing the count of attributes matching between submitted models and associated datasheets.
