Compliance Dashboard - Design Manager

Key Compliance Analysis
Requirements vs. Information - Compliance checks are performed by comparing the actual attribute values of an asset or space instance against the requirements in the datasheet. These requirements may include;
- Parameter Values (e.g., Classification Codes, etc.)
- Dimensional Ranges (e.g., Area, Height, Width)
Applicable to both Assets and Spaces - Compliance rules apply to both asset instances and space instances, depending on the datasheet type.
Range Based Attribute Validation
Some attributes are validated using range-based rules, where the requirement defines;
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Min | Minimum acceptable value |
| Max | Maximum acceptable value |
| Optimum | Target or ideal value (optional) |
| Actual | Value extracted from the instance |
For example, the ABA (Area Before Adjustment) for an asset may have: - Min: 8.0 m² - Max: 12.0 m² - Optimum: 10.0 m² - Actual: 9.5 m² (from the model instance)
If the actual value falls within the Min–Max range, the attribute is marked Compliant. If it falls outside, it is marked Non-Compliant, and the reason is recorded.
Explanation of Common Visualizations & Slicers
(Applicable to both Asset and Space Data Sheets)
The Compliance Dashboard shares it core visual structure and interactive features with the Validation Dashboard. Users can explore data through Summary & Drill-Down Views using slicers and visual indicators to filter and analyze compliance status across Asset & Space Datasheets.
Shared Functionality with Valiation Dashboard The following features are consistent across both dashboards: - Summary View - High-level overview of compliance status across all datasheets. - Drill-Down View - Attribute-level detail for each datasheet. - Slicers
Summary
- Dashboard Refreshed Date and Time (KSA timezone)
- Confirms when the data from the datasheet was last refreshed on the dashboard. Use this to verify the date and time of submission, ensuring you can see the files that have been uploaded.
- Organization
- Ability to filter on a single or multiple organizations. The dashboard updates according to the selection made. Selection can be cleared by selecting the clear filter icon.
- Last Modified Date
- Ability to filter and select last modified date(s) across all datasheets. Selection can be cleared by selecting the clear filter icon. This Helps user to filter it based on date, month and year.
- Filter Reset
- Resets filters applied, and Selection made on the dashboard.
- Bug/Enhancement Report
- This button navigates to the forms. Please fill out the form to report a bug or suggest an enhancement. This will help the development team understand the pain points and enhancements.
- Distribution of Datasheets by Organizations
- Graphical representation of all total Pass or Failed datasheets across different organizations.
- Distribution of Failed Datasheets by When Last Modified
- Graphical representation of the breakdown of total failed datasheets across various months.
- Failed Datasheets Exceeding More Than 2 Weeks Since Last Modified
- Graphical representation of datasheets that have failed but have not been updated/modified by the organization in the last 2 weeks.
- Distribution of Failed Datasheets by Validation Error Type
- Graphical representation of the total number of validation errors and their types taken from all the datasheets.
- Datasheets
- Table outlines each datasheet represented by each row and key Information: Validation Status: Assets Passed; Assets Failed; Reason (if Asset Failed); Link to the datasheet; Last Modified Date.
Drilldown
- Organization
- Filter on single or multiple organizations. The dashboard updates according to the selection. Clear selection by selecting the eraser icon.
- Last Modified Date
- Filter and select last modified date(s) across all datasheets. The dashboard updates according to the selection. Clear selection by selecting the eraser icon.
- Sector
- Filter one or multiple classes. The dashboard updates according to the selection. Clear selection by selecting the eraser icon.
- Asset Subtype
- Filter on one or multiple subtypes. The dashboard updates according to the selection. Clear selection by selecting the eraser icon.

- Bug/Enhancement Report
- This button navigates to the forms. Please fill out the form to report a bug or suggest an enhancement. This will help the development team understand the pain points and enhancements.
- Asset Hierarchy
- Filter on one or multiple assets. Filters can be applied to Class/ subtypes by expanding the asset hierarchy and selecting individual subtypes. The dashboard updates according to the selection.
- Datasheets
- Filter one or multiple datasheets (hold down CTRL key to select multiple). The dashboard updates according to the selection.
- Asset Identity Data
- Presents a table listing each attribute for an asset or asset subtype and whether its value has passed (green) or failed (red). If failed, a reason is provided in the Reason column.
- Distribution by Attribute Group
- Graphical representation of the total number of attributes across different attribute groups and whether they have passed (green) or failed validation/compliance checks. The Attribute Groups can be selected filter the data to represent only the specific attribute group
- Datasheet Drilldown
- Provides detailed Information on assets and their associated attributes. The table includes:
- Asset ID
- Model Name
- Model Link – Navigates to the ACC in the Model Viewer
- Attribute Group
- Attribute Name
- Value - Indicates whether it has passed (green) or failed (red).
- Unit - The unit the attribute is measured in.
- Pass (%) - Pass percentage (100% indicated in green).
- Reason - If failed (red), provides a reason why.
- Provides detailed Information on assets and their associated attributes. The table includes:
- Drilldown and Roll-up Functionality:
- The table can be drilled down and rolled up to provide the Pass% at different levels:
- Asset Level: Pass% to help users identify which assets need attention. Focus only on Pass%.
- Attribute Group Level: Shows Pass% for each attribute group. Focus only on Pass%.
- Attribute Level: Displays detailed values and reasons for failures. Use the button to roll up or down between levels.
- The table can be drilled down and rolled up to provide the Pass% at different levels:
