Design Consultant

  • The data used to drive the AII dashboards are directly fed from the 40-Bridge folder in NEOM THE LINE's ACC.
  • The Design Consultant submits their datasheet and assoicated model(s) via their own ACC instance, triggering the bridging process, where those submissions are automatically copied into NEOM THE LINE's ACC.
  • Those submissions are copied across into a folder called 40-Bridge within NEOM THE LINE's ACC.
  • The AII engine (back-end) is triggered automatically, once a datasheet and any assoicated model(s) are placed in the 40-Bridge folder.
  • The datasheet must follow the NEOM THE LINE file naming convention, specifically containing "DAT" with the end of each unique datasheet having the sequence numbers such as 000001, 000002 and so on.

Package BIM Lead

  • If datasheet is named correctly as per NEOM THE LINE file naming convention, the AII engine (back-end) triggers the Validation workflow, and presents the results subsequently, on the Validation dashboards based on what the Design Consultant submitted, which could be Assets or Spaces or both.
  • The Package BIM Lead accesses the Validation dashboards to review validaton results. After reviewing, the Package BIM Lead approves the submission in NEOM THE LINE's ACC.
  • This subsequently copies the datasheets and assoicated model(s) across to the 40-Design Review Folder in NEOM THE LINE's ACC.

Design Manager

  • This triggers the Compliance workflow, which performs the compliance checks and results are represented in the Compliance dashboards. The dashboards are refreshed to reflect the latest validation and compliance results for their review.
  • The Design Manager accesses the Compliance dashboards to interpret the results and assess compliance status of the Design Consultant's submission.

Refresh Frequency

The dashboards are refreshed every 2 hours between 07:00 - 21:00 (KSA Time Zone). The schedule for the updates are as follows below.

  • 07:00
  • 09:00
  • 11:00
  • 13:00
  • 17:00
  • 19:00
  • 21:00

Manual Refresh

  1. Navigate to PowerBI - Open Power BI and log in to your account.
  2. Select the Workspace - Click on the workspace button at the bottom left corner.
  3. Choose the Workspace - Select the workspace (e.g., AIM_Interim_Production).
  4. Locate Dashboards - You will see all dashboards listed, including Asset/Space Validation & Compliance. Locate the semantic model for each dashboard.
  5. Refresh Dashboards - Click on the Refresh Now option. Repeat this for all listed dashboards.
  6. Check Refresh Status - Check the Refreshed column to ensure the dashboard has refreshed successfully.
  7. Refresh the AII dashboard app page.
